Building Permits
Permits are required from the Building and Zoning Codes for additions, fences, swimming pools, hot tubs, accessory buildings, sheds, and decks. All necessary permits required must be obtained prior to construction.

Marriage Licenses

Please call the Town Clerk's office at (315) 865-4256 ext. 21 for an appointment (required). Both parties must be present and bring their Driver's License, Birth Certificate, any divorce papers, and Death Certificate if the previous spouse has passed. Fee is $40.00 cash or check.
