Services:

Application to local Registrar for a Marriage license. Both parties must be present and bring driver's license, Birth Certificate, any divorce papers, and Death Certificate if the previous spouse has passed. Fee is $40.00. Please call to make an appointment.

Marriage, Death and Birth Certificate copies are available if originally issued from the Town of Floyd and will be $10 per copy. The application for these documents is available from the Town Clerk or can be found below. Identification required. 

Fishing and Hunting Licenses can be purchased.

Also available are:

Zoning Regulations Book $10.00

Subdivision Regulations Book $5.00.

Leaf Bags $.25 each.

Dog Licenses: Rabies Certificate required. $9.00 for spayed or neutered. $20.00 not spayed or neutered.
