- Payments will be accepted ONLINE from Jan 1, 2026 until midnight on Mar 31, 2026
- E-Check (ACH) and Credit Card Payments ONLY. NO Debit Card payments will be accepted.
- Convenience fees for online payments are charged by processing company. Fees will be presented on the payment website.
- You will also be able to access, view, and print bills and receipts beginning 2026

JANUARY – NO PENALTY through January 31st
Wednesdays 4 PM – 7 PM
Thursdays 10 AM – 2 PM
Saturdays 9 AM – 11 AM
FEBRUARY - 1% penalty
Saturdays [7th, 28th] 9 AM – 11 AM
MARCH - 1.5% penalty
Saturday [7th] 9 AM – 11 AM
Tuesday [31st] 4 PM – 7 PM (Book closes at 7 PM)
The tax roll will be returned to Oneida County Finance Office on April 1st.
Mail check or Money Order to: Town of Floyd, Tax Collector, 8299 Old Floyd Road, Rome, NY 13440.
- Stamped receipt will be mailed back when enclosing entire tax bill with payment. Do NOT mail cash.

24 Hour Drop Box: You can leave your check or money order payment in the drop box located outside the Floyd Town Hall, 8299 Old Floyd Rd., left side door.

Tax Collector Description
The Town of Floyd, NY, tax collector position involves collecting town and county taxes from January to March 31st.
