Summer Park Program

Summer Park Registration is Open!

Details:

  • Children ages 5-12: $50 per child / per week.
  • August 3-14, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
  • Location: Floyd Town Park
  • Payment forms accepted: cash and checks. Unfortunately credit cards are not being accepted at this time.

Required Documentation:

To complete your registration, you must provide:

  • Proof of Residency: Current Utility bill and Drivers License
  • Child’s Grade Verification: Child’s Current Report Card
  • Medical Info: Child’s Current Immunization Record
Please send completed form(s) to townclerk@floydny.gov or drop off at the Town Clerk's office.
